Duroflex is an 8' x 4' (2440 mm x 1220 mm) flexible plywood sheet, easily bent by hand. A bend radius as little as 25mm makes this product ideal for tight radius work. Duroflex can be bonded together in its curved form to produce any thickness as required. Standard thicknesses available are 3 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm. 6mm and 8mm are in long or cross grain, 3mm, 12mm and 16mm in cross grain only. Cross grain will produce a 4'(1220 mm) column. Long grain will produce an 8' (2440mm) column. Duroflex can be stained, painted, plastered, veneered or any other finish - the choice is yours. Unlike pre-made forms Duroflex is supplied in flat 1220mm x 2440 mm (4' x 8') sheets.
